This document provides a step by step process for installing Adjusting Pucks for hard docking the RI8611A Cassini V93K CTH Infrastructure to the Advantest V93000 SoC Tester. These pucks may be removed to connect with other CTH Tester configurations.

Items Required:

• QTY 2 Adjusting Puck Assemblies
• Level (smart phone app or physical)

To Install Adjusting Pucks:
1. Unlatch and Fixture and TIMs before proceeding. Diagram shows the RI8611A Cassini V93K CTH Infrastructure up side down, but the installation can be done with the Infrastructure resting on the MZYB336A Cart. (Reference Cassini V93K CTH Infrastructure Attach and Remove with Cart)
2. Assemble Adjusting Pucks and tightening collar onto the threaded post. Repeat two times, one for each puck. (See Figure 1)
3. Turn Adjusting Pucks against 93K Hard Dock Cylinder until the Roos Head is Level. (See Figure 2 and 3)
4. Tighten Collar against adjusting puck to lock. (See Figure 3)
